Chocolate Fondue

Time: ½  hour
Serves: many
Difficulty: 3
Ingredients:

Multiple Hershey’s chocolate bars, any kind
Large marshmallows
Banana slices
Cut strawberries
Vanilla cake, cut into squares

Supplies:

Crock Pot or microwavable glass bowl
Plastic spatula
Lots of toothpicks

Directions:
Break pieces of chocolate into the bowl or Crock Pot. Word of Advice: A Crock Pot is easier to use for this recipe because it can keep the chocolate warm and gooey. If you don’t have a Crock Pot, you’re still in luck - another great way to make fondue is to dip the fruit, cake, marshmallow, or whatever the heck ya wanna eat into the chocolate, then refrigerate on wax paper until the chocolate has hardened. If you like this, try Chocolate Covered Oreos next!!!

Melt chocolate in ten second increments until gooey. Stick a toothpick in a dipping ingredient. Use whatever you like that goes good with chocolate - even other chocolate ;) . Dip it halfway into the chocolate and either refrigerate or pop it into your mouth and love it!

Allergy Information: May contain nuts, dairy, egg, or more, depending on ingredients chosen.

Stuffed Shrimp

Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 10
Difficulty: 4
Ingredients:

5 cilantro stems
10 slices of bacon
20 medium sized shrimp
Olive oil

Supplies:

Tongs
Pan
Knife
Bowl
Toothpicks

Directions:
In your bowl add olive oil and a few cilantro leaves. Take your shrimp and slice along the line on the outside of the shrimp and put into the bowl. Let it sit for 2 minutes.

While waiting, start pan on low and spray oil so it will not stick. Take the shrimp out of the bowl and open up slightly from where you made the cut. Stuff in as much cilantro as you can.

Heat up the bacon and wrap half a slice around each shrimp. Insert toothpick sideways so you can lay it in the pan. Touch shrimp lightly to the pan to see if it “sizzles”. Let cook on one side for 1 minutes and flip and also let cook for 1 minute. ENJOY!!!!
